Callout annotations are "speech bubble" shapes used for both pointing to a location and displaying text.

The following properties affect Callout annotations:
Border
FillColor — This property is effectively a shortcut to PE.Fill. For simple callout coloring, just set the FillColor; for more advanced painting, use the PaintElement (the PE property).
