Adds a setting to the collection.

Parameters

control

The Control represented by item.

A CalcSettings instance representing control as a reference in the Calc network.

The zero-based index at which item was added to the collection.

System.ArgumentNullException	Thrown when item is passed-in as null (Nothing in Visual Basic .NET).
