The created Resource is not part of any ResourcesCollection and does not belong to any WebScheduleInfo. It has no Key or Name (both default to String.Empty), therefore the developer is responsible for initializing these properties. Some default property values depending on having a WebScheduleInfo may not behave as expected if read (or written to) before the Resource gets initialized with a WebScheduleInfo.
Ordinarily, this default constructor supports serialization of Resource instances by the .NET Framework. Developers only need to instantiate Resource objects outside of their collection when they are working with them separate from the WebSchedule, or as part of some application of the Factory pattern (e.g., within a custom data provider).
