The PressAndHoldGesture event always fires twice, unless the Cancel returns true. The first firing occurs when the user has pressed and held the touch surface, without moving, for a period of time equal to the PressAndHoldDelay property. The TimeElapsed property returns zero in this case.
The second firing occurs when the user loses contact with the touch surface. The value of this property contains the amount of time the user maintained contact with the touch surface after the first firing of the event.
