Property identifiers are passed to handlers of the Infragistics.Win.UltraControlBase.PropertyChanged event. This provides a generic technique for both receiving notification of changes in the state of a control and responding to those changes. All controls derived from Infragistics.Win.UltraControlBase expose this functionality.
