GetPasswordChar Method (TextEditorControlOwnerBase)

Returns the character used to mask the actual typed characters.

Parameters

ownerContext

The context that was passed into the Infragistics.Win.EmbeddableEditorBase.GetEmbeddableElement(Infragistics.Win.UIElement,Infragistics.Win.EmbeddableEditorOwnerBase,System.Object,Infragistics.Win.EmbeddableUIElementBase) method.

passwordChar

The character to display when entering a password.

Return Value

True only if passwordChar character info is available.

Remarks

The default implementation returns false.
