The event handler receives an argument of type FilterRowEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following FilterRowEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

RowFilteredOut | Specifies whether the row is filtered out. You can change the value of this property in which case the row's IsFilteredOut state will be changed to the new value. |
The FilterRow event occurs when a row filters are evaluated on a row. Hidden property of the row will be set to appropriate value according to the results of the evaluation.
You can use the FilteRow event to do a custom filter evaluation on the row and set it's Hidden property to appropriate value.
