The value of this property can represent either a neutral or specific culture. When the specified culture code references a neutral culture (for example, 'en', 'fr', or 'jp'), the associated view will be used for any specific culture whose Parent property references that neutral culture.
When the specified culture code references a specific culture (for example, 'en-US', 'fr-FR', or 'ja-JP'), the associated view will only be used when the name of the current culture matches the value of this property exactly.
For example, if the CultureName property is set to 'en', the associated view is used when the current culture is 'en-US', 'en-GB', 'en-CA', 'en-AU', etc.
However, if the CultureName property is set to a specific culture name such as 'en-US', 'en-GB', 'en-CA', 'en-AU', etc., the associated view is only used if the name of the current culture matches this property's value exactly.
