This collection contains a TaskCellSettings object for each cell in the grid portion of the UltraGanttView. Each settings object has properties that apply specifically to an individual cell, such as the appearances of the cell and whether the cell is editable, etc.
For efficiency, this collection contains only those TaskCellSettings which have been referenced. So enumerating this collection will not return an object for every cell - it will only return TaskCellSettings which have previously been accessed and had properties set on them.
