Setting ReadOnly to True will prevent the user from modifying any properties of the affected task(s).
The grid row representing the ReadOnly task will allow the user to enter edit mode on a cell so that they may select and copy text, but no changes to the cell value will be permitted.
The bar for a disabled task may not be modified. The user may not drag the task, it's StartIndicator, EndIndicator, or PercentCompleteIndicator.
