InitializeDefaultAppearance Method (PanelButtonUIElement)

Invoked during the Infragistics.Win.ButtonUIElementBase.InitAppearance(Infragistics.Win.AppearanceData@,Infragistics.Win.AppearancePropFlags@) to resolve any remaining appearance values after the style specific appearance information has been initialized.
