Add(GalleryToolItemGroupFilter) Method

Adds a GalleryToolItemGroupFilter object to the collection.

System.ArgumentNullException	filter is null.
System.ObjectDisposedException	filter has been disposed.
System.InvalidOperationException	filter already belongs to another GalleryToolItemGroupFilterCollection.
System.ArgumentException	The key of filter is null or empty.
System.ArgumentException	A filter with the same key of filter already exists in the collection.
