Create a new MaskedEditTool instance.

Parameters

key
The key to assign to the new tool.
Remarks

If two tools have the same key, they are considered the same logical tool and have a common SharedProps instance. However, they will each have their own InstanceProps instance.

Example
The following code creates a toolbar, LabelTool and TextBoxTool and places the label and textbox on the toolbar.
