Performs a default resolve for any items on a menu.

Parameters

popupTool

The popup tool owning the item whose appearance should be resolved.

appearance

The structure that will contain the appearance settings.

requestedProps

A bitflag indicating the appearance properties requested.

drawAsActive

True if the appearance should be resolved as active (hot tracked).
