You can specify relative sources for hyperlinks and images in the formatted text. The default behavior is to use the application's current path to resolve the url to access the associated resource. You can use the BaseURL property to control how relative URL's are resolved. Also note that the base URL can be set application-wide by setting the FormattedLinkEditor's BaseURLDefault property.
