In addition to the standard mouse events (i.e. MouseDown, MouseMove, MouseUp, MouseEnter, MouseLeave etc.) all PLF based controls expose 2 new events called MouseEnterElement and MouseLeaveElement.
The following code writes the type of each element as it is entered and exited to the output window.
