Called when the Infragistics.Win.Touch.IGestureConsumer.StartDragSelection(Infragistics.Win.UIElement,System.Windows.Forms.Keys,System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable{Infragistics.Shared.ISelectableItem}@,System.Type@) method is called.
