OperationResult Class

Used as a return value by methods that perform operations asynchronously.

Remarks

An operation that needs to be performed asynchronously may not have the results available until a later time. A method performing such an operation can return an instance of OperationResult or a derived class. When the operation is complete, the result instance can be initialized with the available result.
