ImportAsync Method (ShapeFileReader)

Asynchronously loads the contents of the current ESRI Shapefile into the specified layer.

Parameters

layer

layer to populate.

Remarks

When this method is invoked, the value of the Uri property on this ShapeFileReader object determines where the Shapefile is read from.
