Returns a formatted representation of the string.

Parameters

format

The format to use for the Value when the ManualProjectDuration represents a ProjectDuration. The format may be any format accepted by ProjectDuration's ProjectDuration.ToString method.

formatProvider

An object that provides culture specific formatting information.

Return Value

A string containing either the Text or a string representation of the Value.
