HourPattern Property

Returns the pattern to use to display just hours

Property Value

The pattern used to format the hour portion of a time. By default this is created by parsing the LongTimePattern off DateTimeFormatInfo.

Remarks

Note: this pattern is used to determine whether dates are displayed in 12 or 24 hour format based on whether the pattern has an 'h' or 'H' character in it respectively.
