Returns a list of possible operands (read-only)

Remarks

Note: The Operands list gets lazily populated when the when the button is first checked. Populating the list raises the RecordFilterDropDownPopulating event.

Note: The Operands are not used or populated when the DropDownType is MultiSelectExcelStyle.
