GetOverallScrollPositionForRecord Method

Gets the overall scroll position for a specific record.

The record in question.

Return Value

A number from 0 to OverallScrollCount -1 if the record has a scroll position or -1 if its Visibility is set to 'Collapsed' or one of its ancestor records is not expanded..
