EnsureCellIsVisible Method

Ensures that the specified cell is visible. If it is not, the panel should scroll in the appropriate direction to make it visible. NOTE: This routine assumes that the record is already visible. Call EnsureRecordIsVisible to make the record containing the cell visible.

The cell to be made visible.
