Returns data records that do not pass record filter conditions.

Remarks

Record filtering functionality allows the user to filter data by specifying filter criteria. You can use GetFilteredOutDataRecords method to get data records that do not match the filter criteria. Note that the GetFilteredInDataRecords method returns the data records that pass the filter criteria.
