Panel responsible for laying out records in a tabular arrangment on behalf of a TabularReportView.

Note: The TabularReportViewPanel is designed to be used with the XamDataGrid and XamDataPresenter controls and is for Infragistics internal use only. The control is not designed to be used outside of the XamDataGrid or XamDataPresenter. You may experience undesired results if you try to do so.
