IsCheckBoxThreeState Property

Gets / sets if the System.Windows.Controls.CheckBox controls will allow for three state click through when the CheckBoxMode is set to TreeCheckBoxMode.Manual. This property will have no effect when set to TreeCheckBoxMode.Auto.
