MakeHyperlink Method

Makes the content in the specified span a hyperlink.

Parameters

span

Content in this span will be made a hyperlink.

targetUri

Link's target URI.

error

If there's an error, this out parameter is set to the error information.

tooltip

Tool-tip to display when the user hovers mouse over the link.
