The parameter is not used

targetType

The System.Type of data expected by the source object.

parameter

An optional parameter to be used in the converter logic. This parameter is not used.

culture

The culture of the conversion.

Return Value

Returns DependencyProperty.UnsetValue since converting back is not supported.
