Convert Method (EmptyToCollapsedConverter)

Returns the Visibility.Collapsed if the value is null or an empty string.

Parameters

value

The value to evaluate

targetType

The type of the target property

parameter

The parameter to use for the conversion. This parameter is not used.

culture

The culture to use for the conversion. This parameter is not used.

Return Value

If the value is null or an empty string then Collapsed is returned; otherwise UnsetValue is returned.
