VerifyCachedResources Method

Checks all cached resources to make sure that they are still valid.

Return Value

True is all cached resources are still valid or false if any one of them was cleared because it wasn't still valid.

Remarks

Note: if any resources are invalid then all instances of SystemResourceProvider will bump their ResourceProvider.ResourceVersion property and raise a property change notification for their indexer ('Item[]').
