AllowsTransparency Property

Returns/sets a boolean indicating if AllowsTransparency of the hosting System.Windows.Controls.Primitives.Popup or System.Windows.Window should be true.

This property is not used when the ToolWindow is hosted in a WPF Window and the UseOSNonClientArea is true.
