PagePosition Class

Base class for storing position information during pagination.

Remarks

Note: other than the 3 special PagePosition instances, FirstPage, LastPage and InvalidPage, these objects are normally instances of derived classes that maintain state information that is only relevant to the implementor of the associated IEmbeddedVisualPaginator interface. In other words, it is opaque to the driving logic.
