ProcessMouseLeftButtonDown Method (SelectionStrategyExtended)

OnMouseDown handler that takes a third parameter that specifies whether we are forcing a drag or not. SelectionStrategySingleAutoDrag passes true to this.

item
The selectable item that the mouse is over (may be null) ISelectableItem

The mouse event args
forceDrag
true if a drag should be forced
