NextTickMarkValue Method

Will iterate through all of the tick marks starting at the startingValue to find the next tick-mark either left or right depending on the searchRight

Parameters

startingValue

The value to start the search from.

searchRight

True = search to the right, increasing. False = search to the left, decreasing.

Return Value

The value of the next tick-mark.
