An enumeration that describes what an inputted value in a conditional formatting rule should be interpretted as for icon rules.

Member	Description
Number	A user inputted value will be expected.
Percent	The percentage value based on the range of the data.
Percentile	The percentile value with respect to where the given value falls in the given set.
