HitTest(Point) Method

Returns the topmost object of a hit test for the specified point

Parameters

point

A point relative to the XamSpreadsheet to hit test against.

Return Value

An object such as a SpreadsheetCellHitTestResult or SpreadsheetHeaderHitTestResult that provides information about the area associated with the specified point or null if the point is not associated with a spreadsheet item such as a cell or header.

Remarks

Note: This method only evaluates XamSpreadsheet specific information such as the positions of the rows and columns of the associated ActiveWorksheet that is being displayed by the control and isn't related to other element related input hit testing such as InputHitTest or VisualTreeHelper's HitTest methods.
