SwapIsExpandedWhenMinimized Property

Gets/sets whether the Tile's IsExpandedWhenMinimized setting will be swapped with the TargetTile"s setting.

Remarks

Note: when swapping a maximized tile with a minimized tile this property will be defaulted to 'true'. Otherwise, it will be defaulted to 'false'.
