Determines if a dialog will be displayed asking the user to select a local time zone.

Member	Description
Always	The Infragistics.Controls.Schedules.Primitives.TimeZoneChooserDialog will be displayed every time the XamScheduleDataManager is initialized.
Never	A dialog is never displayed
OnlyIfRequired	The Infragistics.Controls.Schedules.Primitives.TimeZoneChooserDialog will be displayed when the XamScheduleDataManager is initialized if the local time zone has not been specified or deduced.
