IsFixedDate Property

Returns whether the transition occurs on a speciic day number (read-only)

Property Value

True to use Day or false to use Week and DayOfWeek.

Remarks

Note: if this is true then Day is used and Week and DayOfWeek are ignored. Otherwise, Day is ignored and Week and DayOfWeek are used.
