Parameters

token

The token that represents the time zone.

exportId

The export id

baseUtcOffset

The offset from UTC to use when not in daylight savings time.

dayLightName

The name of the time zone in daylight savings time

displayName

The display name of the time zone

standardName

The name of the time zone in standard time

supportsDaylightSavingsTime

Whether this time zone supports daylight savings.

adjustmentRules

The adjustment rules for daylight savings

Return Value

The new instance of a TimeZoneInfoProvider.TimeZoneDefinition
