Creates an System.Linq.Expressions.Expression that evaluates if the field contains inputted value.

Parameters

fieldName
The property that will be evaluated on.
value
The value that will be analyzed against.
doesNotContain
Should we check for "does not contain".
caseSensitive
The comparison should be case sensitive.

Return Value

An System.Linq.Expressions.Expression which will compare based on the criteria.
