AllowFieldFixing Enumeration

Indicates whether the FieldItem.FixedLocation may be changed by the end user and if so, to which edges the field may be fixed.

Public Enum AllowFieldFixing
   Inherits System.Enum
public enum AllowFieldFixing : System.Enum
Members
MemberDescription
DefaultThe default is resolved to 'No'
FarThe field may be fixed to the far edge. In a horizontal layout, the field elements will be displayed on bottom when fixed and in a vertical layout, the field elements will be displayed on right when fixed.
NearThe field may be fixed to the near edge. In a horizontal layout, the field elements will be displayed on top when fixed and in a vertical layout, the field elements will be displayed on left when fixed.
NearOrFarThe field may be fixed to the near or far edge.
NoThe field’s fixed state may not be changed.
Example
The following sample demonstrates how to enable fixing for fields. It uses the FixedLocation to determine the initial fixed position of a specific field and prevents one of them from being unfixed.
