Gets/sets the placement of headers when records are grouped

Remarks

If this property is not explicitly set then FieldLayout.HeaderPlacementInGroupByResolved will resolve to 'WithDataRecords' unless HeaderPlacement is explicitly set to 'OnTopOnly' or FilterUITypeResolved returns 'LabelIcons'.

Note: This setting is ignored unless LabelLocation resolves to 'SeparateHeader' and the view supports separate headers.
