Returns/sets whether Cells contained in this Record should be collapsed if they contain empty values.

Remarks

Note: If this property is set to null, ShouldCollapseEmptyCellsResolved will return the value specified by CardViewSettings.ShouldCollapseEmptyCells. This property is only honored in CardView.
