Finds a point in Cartesian coordinates using radial parameters.

Parameters

center

The center of a circle to find a point on the border of.

angle

The angle at which to find a point.

radius

The radius of the circle.

Return Value

The point on the border of a circle with the given center and radius, at the specified angle.
