OnDragCaption Method

Overriden. Invoked when the window is about to be moved using the mouse on the caption area.

Parameters

pt

The point relative to the upper left corner of the window.

mouse

The mouse device used to initiate the action

Return Value

True if the dockmanager has initiated a drag; otherwise false to allow the base implementation to perform the move operation.
