Creates and adds a ContextualTabGroup with the specified key.

key

The key to assign to the newly created ContextualTabGroup.

System.InvalidOperationException	If an attempt is made to add a ContextualTabGroup whose Key property value is null or string.Empty
System.InvalidOperationException	If an attempt is made to add a ContextualTabGroup whose Key property value conflicts with the value of the Key property of an existing ContextualTabGroup in the collection.
