The Suspend method is meant to be used to temporarily prevent recording of undo operations. This can be helpful when initializing objects/collections before they will be manipulated by the end user. The Resume method must be called to remove the suspension and must be called an equal number of times that the Suspend method is invoked.
While suspended, calls to AddChange(UndoUnit) will be ignored. Also any calls to Undo or Redo will result in an exception.
