Gets or sets the Brush used as base color for the lower half elements of an instance of a Infragistics.Controls.Interactions.Primitives.AzureBusyAnimationPresenter is created to render a AzureBusyAnimation.

Remarks

The value of this property is only used to initialize the Infragistics.Controls.Interactions.Primitives.AzureBusyAnimationPresenter.LowerElementsFill property of a Infragistics.Controls.Interactions.Primitives.AzureBusyAnimationPresenter when it is initially created. Changing the value of this property after a Infragistics.Controls.Interactions.Primitives.AzureBusyAnimationPresenter instance has been created will have no effect on that instance.
